We use special technology to prepare high-purity tungsten and molybdenum porous materials. The total porosity, pore size and distribution characteristics can be flexibly adjusted according to customer requirements. The pore characteristics are as follows:

1. The average pore size of conventional tungsten and molybdenum porous materials is 1-5 m, and the total porosity can be adjusted between 5-40%

2. Specially made tungsten and molybdenum "foam" materials, with bimodal pore size distribution, small pore size of 1-5 m, large pore size can be adjusted between 20-700 m as required, total porosity can be adjusted between 10-75%

Compared with traditional forged tungsten and molybdenum materials, our new materials have the following characteristics:

1. It can replace traditional forged tungsten and molybdenum materials in some application fields, and the processing cost can be greatly reduced by using porous materials;

2. Good thermal and electrical conductivity, the thermal conductivity is about 50% higher than that of steel and nickel alloy;

3. High tensile strength
